i can not log into circle, it does not accept the code
Hi, i am on the latest firmware and app on my iphone. i have paid for the subscription, and i am the only admin, but i can not log in on my iphone. when i try it send me a text message with the same 4 diget code every time, but the app does not accept the code. i have tried removing the app from my phone and re-downloading it, rebooting my router, tried to log in from a diffrent network other than the netgear one. nothing works, the app asks for the code, i have it text it to me, and then the app says its not the right code. please help me or give me a telephone number to call in, since this is a paid subscription, it seems alfully weard to me that i have to pay to call support.
