need help with recover Circle passcode

After a new update Cirlce does not function correctly.

I tried every thing except resetting my router. 

I delete my app on the iphone, but i'm not receiving any passcode. (texted)

I have been reading this forum, and there is a suggestion to contact Christian, but his tittle is retired employee.

Who can i contact to recover my passcode?
