trouble setting up circle disney

Hi,

I thought I had set up circle very easily, selecting no filter for my home computer and teen filter for my daughter. But then I realized the filters I had set for her were affecting my computer as well. I looked at what I set up and saw that I had no filter or off times on my computer, yet I couldn't get on ebay and my wifi was shut off at the time I designated for her computer bedtime. Eventually I had to disable circle. I am still on the free month promo and need to know if this is going to work for us before I start paying a monthly bill. Anyone have any idea what is going on?
