couchpotato fails to start

Well, I know this might seem like an old topic, but I cannot find an answer and after several hours trying everthing I can think of on my own, have decided to reach out to the experts.

I had Couchpotato 3.0.1-1 working, wne away for a week, came back and it wasn't running.  Attempts to start it gave me an error.  Something akin to "failed to start".

I've actually seen this before, and have reuploaded the package in the past with success.  This time no luck.

Tried deleting the file useing a combination of purge and rm commands, and tried to reinstall.

The system tells me that "System: Application couchpotato is installed successfully.".  But it's not.

Tried rebooting, loading 3.0.1, then updating to 3.0.1-1, nope.

This error if i try to remove the app.

I'm lost and need help.

Re: couchpotato fails to start

Hello NTGR-OPS,

What's the model number of your NAS and its firmware version?

If it is ReadyNAS OS6 firmware, can you post what you get from install_debpkg.log?

Regards,
