ffmpeg 4.0

Hello, ffmpeg 4.0 has been released.

Since there is a netgear distributed version of ffmpeg already included in os6, (ffmpeg is already the newest version (7:3.4.1-netgear1)), if someone could either ensure this built-in package is updated, or if anyone is able to build and provide an applicable 'app' installable update, it would be appreciated by many.

It's not installed by default (at least it's not on my ReadyNAS).  Do you know what app or service would install the Netgear-distributed version?

it is installable via apt-get update / apt-get install ffmpeg

it appears to use the netgear repository and has a netgear tag in the version (7:3.4.1-netgear1).
