Netgear powershift RMA Support Portal not working
We are a Netgear certified re-seller and we have a powershift account, 6 or 7 months have passed since that we lost access to the RMA Support Portal, everytime that we try to login to the portal that we are redirected to a paige unavailable error. We have contacted our Netgear representative several times to correct this issue, but nothing has been done.
Luckily we did not have that many rmas to request but the issue persists.
As a Netgear certified re-seller, we would like to have this rectified immediately.
