defect GS116 v1 - 10 Mbps
Found out today by changing out my Netgear GS116 v1 HUB, that the problems we experienced was with the HUB instead of any other link in the chain.
We had very slow network connections in the LAN. Also a speedtest did not give is the speeds we pay for. After some investigation and changing out parts, the 16 port HUB was the cause of the issues.
From my IT days I remembered that Netgear had a lifetime warrently on their ProSafe product line. So my question is what steps should I take to get this unit changed out?
