Important message about ReadNAS 3130, ReadyNAS 3138, WC7500 and WC7600v2 WLAN controllers
Updated June 8th, 2017. We have now contacted all of the known customers of these products. Furthermore we are actively engaged with roughly 30% of them to take action with regards to the impacted products. We will be working on action plans with the remaining identified customers over the next month or so and hope to have all issues fully addressed before the end of the year.

Service Note for RN3130, RN3138, WC7500, and WC7600
NETGEAR has determined that certain RN3130, RN3138, WC7500, and WC7600 models (complete list below) might experience higher-than-normal component failure rates after a few years of operation.
While this situation is not an immediate cause for concern about the operation of any of these models, we understand that customers might have questions. We will be reaching out to all registered customers of the affected models over the next several months to determine the appropriate actions for their situations.
