Need help connecting with prosafe support people so I can process lifetime support case
I'm having trouble with one of my GSM7328S switches and when I went to get support found out that my vendor registered my switch under a support account they own. Best part is they don't do business in our area anymore, and probably don't have login information from 2012 handy even if I can reach a tech at their HQ. Netgear customer support is so hard to reach and communicate with, I can't get that resolved, so I can't progress my case.
I am extremely frustrated for a lack of a phone number I can call to get my equipment, which I have Proof of Purchase for, registered to my account, so I can address my real issue.
