AC1900 After around 10 months use the two wireless radios failed
A firmware update from 1.0.0.26_ to 1.0.0.38_ did not help.
Wired still works fine.
A review of the firmware settings could identify no reasonsw.

Re: AC1900 After around 10 months use the two wireless radios failed
I tried registering the D7000 AC1900 Nighthawk dual-band wireless router.
The first time Netgear reported a server error
The second that the 13 digit serial number was wrong. Well they printed it on the device!
The third that the date of purchase was outside their manufacturing range.
So how do I contact them to get some response?

If the device wounldn't register, I guess you should had dealt with it back then, When you had the power to return it. I'm not sure what you can do about it now. They're all geared up to go through the MyNetgear process.
Good Luck

Did you reset to factory settings?
This is sometimes needed after a firmware flash.
