Advanced wireless settings reset after power cycle

Hi all,

My kids have figured out that if they power cycle the router after the device turns off for the night (advanced wireless settings), the device restarts with the wireless enabled again until the next night at the set shut off time. I would expect the device to restart, figure out its in the "shut off" time and should shut the wireless network off.

Any body know of this 'defect'? Any help is appreciated...

Its a netgear DGND3700v2 and running frmware version V1.1.00.26_1.00.26NA.

It would be helpful if you posted the router model and the firmware it is running.
