Ok. New installation, or is the D6200 replacing someting else, or
what?

According to the D6200 User Manual, there is more than one LED
indicator. Which one is your "a green light"?
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual. Read. Did you follow any of
the set-up instructions there?

Same here, but I can't see any of the equipment you have there.
What, exactly, is your "my IP address"? To what, exactly, is the D6200
connected? DSL phone line? Ethernet cable? Other? Do you have a
TP-Link box of some kind somewhere? Do you have an ISP?

And what do you see there?

You'll probably need to get connected to the outside world before
hacking becomes a problem.
