D3600 – N600 | QoS not working

Hello, I'm trying to enable the QoS on my router D3600 but it's not working everytime i click on "QoS Setup" i get the number "1" photo for one sec then it disapear and get the number "2" photo.

I tried enabling WMM / resting to factory / downloaded the lastest frimware still not working? any idea way?

What firmware version do you have on the device? A number is more useful than "the latest". It may not be by the time people read this, and there can be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up in the browser interface.
