D6300 Incorrect time for Daylight Savings
Hello
I have a D6300 router. When it's daylight savings, which is now in Sydney. The time is always one hour behind. The option "Automatically adjust for daylight savings time" is ticked. The router is on the latest firmware.
Firmware version : V1.0.0.96_1.1.96
How do I get the router to the correct daylight savings time in Sydney Australia?
thanks

Yes did try untick and retick. Seemed to stay on the same time one hour behind.
thanks.

No! Don't do that. It is not what I suggested.
Just untick and leave it that way.
If your time server is adjusting for summer time, then you don't want the modem to do it too.

Re: D6300 Incorrect time for Daylight Savings
Hello
Even with the option unticked the router stays 1 hours behind. Seems the only way to get the correct time is to change the time zone to another city (instead of Sydney).
thanks

Re: D6300 Incorrect time for Daylight Savings
Perhaps it has opted for the "wrong" time server.
Did you reboot the box after making the change?
Here I don't need the "offset" for summer time.
You are in a better position than your fellow countrymen with their "half hour" time zones.
