D6400 Aus NBN help (belong fttp)

Hi there, I’m a newbie and was wondering if there were any guides or settings available on how to hook up my d6400 to Australian NBN? Belong isn’t very helpful and they’re only recommending that I use their modem which hasn’t arrived twice now. Would appreciate any help!
