D7000 latest Firmware 1.0.1.54 has bug. What can I do?

I have just yesterday updated my D7000 to the latest firmware 1.0.1.54 but I have found a bug.

Can anybody please tell me if there is a way to let Netgear know of this so that they can look to resole the issue? and if so, how do I go about notifying them

   What was it?

If your purchase is recent enough, then free support should be
available.  Otherwise, they seem to want not to be bothered.  You can
post complaints here, and there are some e-mail addresses which might
work, but low expectations would be more realistic than high ones.

WOW!!! That is dissappointing....

Many thanks for your reply. I have been using Netgear routers ever since the first DG834 router came out. I have never had any issues until now but if as you suggest there is likely to be no support from Netgear then that is very poor indeed, I really expected more from them.

Sadly my router is beyond any warranty/support period but I only updated the firmware as the upgrade assistant informed me it was available due to a security issue.

If you do have any email addresses available that might allow me access to somebody at Netgear please feel free to pass them on and I will try that route.

Thanks again.

So's your description of your bug.

It depends on how much you're willing to pay for the privilege (or,
in some cases, how long you're willing to wait).  If the cost answer is
zero, then you may be left with options like
https://www.netgear.com/about/security/ , or e-mail addresses like
customer.service, DSLsupport, and techsupport.security (at the obvious
domain).

Thanks once again for your reply.

I'll try the direct contact route as you've suggested.
