D7000 solid amber Internet light
Hi every on. This is my first time on one of these so I'm not in the know on all the jargon and acronyms, so any helpe available in idiots terms please.
I have recently upgraded to fibre with plus net who gave me an openreach modem to connect my old N600 to fibre but the wife recently couldn't handle all the gear, so I researched and bought a Nighthawke VDSL/ADSL D7000. It arise during today and Have been at it for 4 to 5 hours trying to connect it to the Internet. Now every light that should be white is exept the Internet led which is solid amber. I have tried logging in to the net gear genie with the user name and password provided but all it dose is go blank and go back to the loggin page.
I have contacted My provider, Netgear and reset the router and nothing has made any difference. Any advice before I send it back? Thank you
