D7000 vdsl posr not working

I have the D7000 for over two years working perfectly on vDSL.Suddenly the Internet has stopped working. the twisted pair light is off. i have verified by connecting the isp provided router to the same cable and the internet works fine. i have reset the router to factory defaults but still no luck. the twisted pair light will not come on at all. internet setup through ginnie cannot detect line connected either.

Did your ISP implement "vectoring" on their lines? I don't know if the D7000 can handle vectoring.

Vectoring has always been enabled by the ISP (i work for the ISP) and it has been working fine.

I am not sure if NetGear had disabled the port on older firmware version? i was running 1.0.1.64.

This mornign I manually upgraded to  the latest 1.0.1.68  and the device synced just fine and working as usual.
