D7800 Firmware Version 1.0.1.20

Two days ago, this update is available.
Yesterday this update was installed on my modem ... but
Suddenly a DSL line only supports 1 MB.
Before installing the update, the DSL line supported 18 MB.
Referred to the previous update (Firmware Version 1.0.1.16).
The speed of the DSL line was restored to 18 MB

Hi Guys,

I am in the same situation, since upgrading to this firmware I can only access the Web-Gui via WiFi and not my PC that is connected directly to the device.

I can access the internet & do everything but access the web-gui

I want to down grade back to the 1.0.0.38 however I do not wish to do this via WiFi.

Any suggestions or even just an idea on how to be able to access via ethernet again?

It sucks trying to configure & manage the device via smart phone

How are you accessing the modem/router?

Which address do you point to?

The usual destinations are:
 
http://www.routerlogin.com/
 
and
 
http://www.routerlogin.net
 
If they don't work, then the IP address might be an option. Here the usual suspects are:
 
http://192.168.0.1
 
or
 
http://192.168.1.1

I'd try fixing the access thing, although that isn't always easy.

Did you reset to factory defaults after the firmware flash? That is always a good move of you have problems post-flash.

In case it helps to know, I have just upgraded tp this version from 1.0.1.16 and everything seems to be working fine.
