D7800 - undocumented function?

Enter Basic tab, Attached Devices, click on a connected PC device. You have the option to set Device Priority. Is Device Priority linked to Quality of Service. If QOS is turned off, does "Device Priority" disappear or greyed out? Can not find "Device Priority" in the manual.

Enter Basic tab, Attached Devices. On the right side I see 0.00 mbps against all entries for all devices. Can someone please explain why they are 0, if they are cumuluative or only live whilst the screen is displayed?

I could not get these questions answered by tech support. Disappointing!

Just trying to understand the function. I cant make use of something that is unclear. I enabled Q0S and set dynamic QoS, so is the option under Attached Devices, Device Priority (low, medium, high and highest) going to affect QoS in its dynamic mode or only in the Manual mode?

Also waiting for response to my 2nd question. I attach an image that shows the 0.00 mbps
