D8500 Not supported by Genie

Why is the the D8500 not a supported modem / router ?

Hi Greg ,

i bought a D8500 recently , i was able to configure it with Netgear Genie , i have not noticed errors or difficulty when doing the configuration .

i posted a problem that i'm facing in this router , but the problem is not related to the Genie application itself....
