I don't understand what you are trying to do.
The DG834Gv3 is an ADSL modem router.
What is "AndroidAP wi-fi net"?
Are you trying to use a mobile phone as the Internet connection for a router?
You might do better to look here for a suitable product:

Yes, i am trying to use my old (2004) router-modem Netgear DG834G v3 or WPN824 v2 to connect together all my 3 computers to internet through my smartphone Samsung S7 (its 4G FreeMobile connection is speedy and my ADSL is slow)
It is ok for only my laptop connected alone (without Netgear) to the wi-fi net Android of my S7...
If my routers are to old, what new device is able?
