DGN2000 only Ethernet LAN lights come on

Hi,

I want to use my DGN2000 again but when I turned it on only the LAN port lights (1-4) turn on (when plugged into my computer). The power light, WPS or wireless lights don't come on at all. I tried to hold the WPS and wireless button together to reset the router but nothing. Also tired connecting the router to my computer and logging into the router but nothing.

Any ideas?

Are you sure that the power supply/transformer is still OK?

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. Yes the power supply is working as I've tried it in another old netgear router I have. Also the LAN lights work when I plug in an ethernet cable into the computer.

Do you still get a valid IP when connected to the DGN2000? Check if it is still possible to run TFTP for the device.
