Hello everyone,
Just purchased the netgear DGN2200v4, and honestly starting to regret it, first updated it to the latest firmware, started expriencing freezing even when idle, so went back to v58 instead of v66, the freezing problem went away. But the internet was unstable. Add to this, I am trying to use DynDns, but it wouldnt update with correct ip !!! reverted back to my old Technicolor Modem 528, all is well. When i tried contacting the support, they asked for proof of purchase, thats when i provided them with the invoice, later the support case #27299694 was closed with no answer ! should i smash it to the wall, or the issues can be resolved ???
