DGND3700 sudden connection issue
We've had a DGND3700 for over a year now and it has worked perfectly. No suddenly it will not connect our laptop to the internet. The laptop connects to the router via wireless but not to the internet. We recently upgrade our desktopPC but that we a few weeks ago in whih time the router has worked perfectly, and the PC connects to the router and the internet. So stumped.
So far I tried looking for firmware upgrades (no needed), rebooted the router, turned it on and off, check the Ip4 and IP6 properties on the laptop, and have tried connecting the laptop via a cable, still with now success.
The laptop runs vista and PC windows7 - but were working together perfectly, both connected to internet via the router as of three days ago. We've not altered any settings. Laptop will not connect to internet even if its the only machine on.
Any ideas welcome

Detail the changes. Usually last thing you did are the part of the issues.

Re: DGND3700 sudden connection issue
We changed our desktop PC from a Vista Machine (dual core) to a Windows 7 (quad core) machine. From the routers point of view that was just a case of unplugging it from one machine to another. I'm sure its not that simple and that Windows may have done something else in the background but it 'should' be a plug and play.

Re: DGND3700 sudden connection issue
Not sure if you bought new pc or not but check any third party firmware in the system and/or wireless setting you were using in the router to re-adjust the setting (wireless mode/ encryption)

Re: DGND3700 sudden connection issue
Dear All,
Problem solved. An issue with Windows (you'd never guess). Attempted to take laptop back to a restore point in case a Windows update was an issue. This crashed the machine but when Windows had 'recovered' itself we had full internet again. Possibly the laptops internal modem needed to be reset or rebooted.
Thanks for taking the time to reply.
