Hi All,

The button for the Add Keyword stop adding blocked sites or domain.Any one can help please. Lately I have downloaded the netgear genie software and also updated firmware to V1.1.00.22_1.00.22 . Thank you

I can confirm that I am having the same problem with my modem after updating the firmware. It will not accept domains or websites that you want to block. When I enter a website address into the "Type keyword or domain name here" and click on "Add Keyword" nothing happens, the website/domain name is NOT added to the list. Come on Netgear give us a fix please.

This is a user to user forum, Netgear does not monitor the forum. I think the moderators are a volunteer group. You will need to open a support ticket and report the problem to Netgear support.
