the conniction keeps turn off frequently (3 or 4 times aday) , amd when i check the setting on my router 10.0.0.138 -basic settings - Does Your Internet Connection Require A Login? i found it tuns off 

why this happens and how to slolve it?

First of all, what model number of router do you have? Also when you say your internet connection keeps disconnecting, do you mean your wifi connection or the connection from your router to your modem?

my router netgear dgn2200

the internet disconnect from the router itself.

this option : "Does Your Internet Connection Require A Login? "  keeps changes 2 or 3 times a day

and i turn this option again manually on every time
