Firmware Update for DGND 3700v2.
I have tonight lost all wireless access (ADSL2 cable access working fine) after updating above to new firmware V1.1.00.26_1.00.26. Currently Running Windows 10. . I have reset wireless passwords through Netgear Genie. all access points were working prior to update & password change.
Wireless devices eg Ipads & Iphones & Canon printer "see" the Modem/router but will not accept new password to access. Am Using WPA2-PSK [AES] security & enable SSID broadcast for both 2.4 & 5 GHz channels. Have turned everything off (PC, Printer, Modem Router, IPAD Iphones) & rebooted a number of times. Still no Wireless connectivity available???
Channel is Auto
green ticks a gainst wireless settings
wireless isolation off
Wifi protected set up is configured
Havent changed SSID name from original
Haven't cold booted/ Reset Modem?
Is this correct firmware for Aussie DGND 3700v2
Can I roll back firmware?
Would firmware update reset password to original out of box password?
Is this a common problem with firmware update? Thoughts? Process from here?
please advise?
regards

Re: Firmware Update for DGND 3700v2.
Hello hebarb
yes you can go back to a older firmware or you can also try to factory reset the modem.
