Hi

I did read the manual,when I follow the steps ,I get the error ,this "does not support remote access".I have enable the remote access in the desktop app.

I use Moto G4 plus phone to access genie app  and dell win 10 laptop

Maybe not all devices support remote genie access.

Have you set up a MyNetgear account so that you can use remote access?

Yes I have a account.Router I have is dgnd3700v2

But we still don't know if your hardware supports this feature.

What happens when you try the genie?
