Internet Connection Issue with D1500
Hi there
I have had this modem for five months now, but I have recently had issues with it. I live in Australia, and my ISP is Optus, and I can connect to the isp, but I can't access the internet. Under basic on the modem page it says error under internet but in advanced when I click the internet status it says connected and connection successful. On the modem as well the internet symbol is lighting up. I have tried using different cables and everything. When I reset the modem and my log into the isp, it says it DSL cable not connected; please check it's connected to the internet port.

Did your ISP upgrade to NBN I know a lot of Australian ISP are going to NBN.
