N600 modem/router Ellipsis 7 Tablet not in range

Hello all, I have a Verizon Ellipsis 7 tablet that will list my router when wifi is turned on but alway show it "not in range", even when the tablet and router are side by side.  My Iphones work ok and my Compaq laptop cant find the router.

All help is appreciated, Im running out of ideas.

You may want to try and change the SSID of the router or tell your devices that cant connect to forget the network and reconnect. With the laptop you might want to try a manual setup and enter the SSID and password.
