Netgear D7000 Nighthawk AC1900 Wifi VDSL/ADSL Modem Router
I have a TG789vac v2 wireless VOIP smart ultra broadband gateway. It was supplied by ISP. It is no good. The wifi only reaches about 5 metres. So I bought a Netgear R7000 Nighthawk (without VOIP) and it works fantastic. However I need my VOIP phone.
Can I run both of these units together by bridging. If yes, how do I do it ?
The TG789 when connected to PC lets me connect to inet. Then I bridged an ethernet cable between the two wifi units using the ehternet ports, but it doesn't seem to work. The wifi tells me it's working but the internet isn't.
I'm only a little bit wifi educated.
