Netgear D7000 - lost connection
Hello,
i use Netgear D7000 with A1 Telekom Austria provider since several month without problem but
since June the connection breakes about 2 times a week. In that case only a reboot/restart of the router solves this problem.
I can't find any problem in administration protokoll file but this file seems to be written new every router restart. I can't connect to the router with LAN if this problem happens so i can't check problem based of actual logfile. The LED's do not show problem... A reboot with iOS does not work.
Details:
- latest Firmware V1.0.1.48_1.0.1)
- Internet-Dienstanbieter Adam (Österreich)
- Transfermodus: VDSL(PTM)
- DSL Modus (VDLS2)
- Kapselung (PPPoE (PPP over Ethernet)
- Verbindungsmodus (Dauerverbindung)
- DNS-Server (from Provider)
- WAN (Automatically)
The ISP said that the telefon line does not have a problem.
Any ideas?
Thanks for feedback/help and best regards,
Gerhard

Not really, but...

V1.0.1.50_1.0.1 exists now. The Release Notes file says only:
New Features and Enhancements:
o Security Enhancement.
so I wouldn't expect much.
