Netgear USB Control Center installer

I installed OS X El Capitan version 10.11 on my MacBook Air. Now the Netgear USB Control Center installer gives the following error message: The system extension "/System/Library/Extensions/UPSVendori386.kext" was installed improperly and cannot be used. contact vendor for update. Help please

any update on eta? Cannot print, real problem. Is there a work around you can suggest other than trasking my 300 dollar router and buy a cisco?
