Netgear WNDA 3100V3 Genie Accidently deleted the program from my PC so I can't reinstall it because

I accidently deleted the program from my PC and I can't reinstall it becasue I don't have the disk and of course I can't get on line because the program has been deleted.  How can I get the program back and reinstalled?

I assume you are talking about the software driver for the WNDA3100.  You can get it from here.  Download it to another Internet-connected computer and copy it to a USB drive.  Or you can download it to your phone and transfer it to your PC.
