Nighthawk D7000 2.4Ghz WiFi not working

Router model is : D7000 – Modem router Nighthawk VDSL/ADSL WiFi AC1900 i think it is the same router of R7000 but for europe

Hi, in the last week my devices 1-2 time every day get disconnect. If i try to reconnect i have message like "connection problem" or "connecion failure" (with smartphone, ps4, smart tv,netatmo thermostat). The lan cable is working, i connect to the router ip with pc via lan cable when the wifi is not working and i dont even get logs about the wifi connection attempt

tryed firmware 1.0.1.48 and 1.0.1.50, factory reset before and after firmware update, let the wifi without password but he problem is still here. Restart will fix it for 10/12 hour

5.0 ghz is disabled

its still in warranty for 3 months, i hope we can get a fix for it

Nothing to do with geography.

D7000 = Modem/router

R7000 = Router

So look there for possible suggestions.

Why oh why don't Netgear sort this, they should before they lose all their customers..!

Reading into this Netgear won't even acknowledge there is a problem although I and many many other users have been experiencing problems with the d7000, some going back to miss 2016. Come on Netgear, SORT IT OUT.

I have a old laptop with only 2.4Ghz wifi, and it could not connect anymore on firmware v1.0.1.52 , my 5Ghz devices were all fine.

Once i realized my phones can also not connect to 2.4Ghz, i searched and found this thread.

All working now for 5minutes after firmware downgrade to v1.0.1.48

   My D7000 currently runs V1.0.1.54_1.0.1.  I have multiple 2.4GHz
Internet-of-Junk devices (Orvibo S-20 power sockets, Foscam cameras).
Current up-time is only about three days, but I haven't seen any
problems with the 2.4GHz devices.
