Port Forwarded still blocked
Netgear
Model: N300 Wireless ADSL + Modem Router | DGN2200Mv2
Good Day Guys
I am trying to host a Teamspeak 3 server 64 bit from my local machine with the port 5060 udp
Ports 10011 & 30033 are forwarded and open , I am unable to get port 9987 open
I have done port forwarding on the router by adding in the services and adding the services in the router Firwall Rules as seen below
I did a bit of searching for about 5 days now, I used CMD command (netstat -aon)
and found there is no IP linked to the 5060 port
I am running the ts3 Server in the background
Image above is a query tool used for teamspeak to display that the server is running and port is configured
Im not sure it the teamspeak application is listening for that port or not
I turned my windows firewall off and also added inbound and outbound firwall rules to allow the 5060 UDP port
Can someone please assist me as I am out of options and dont know what to do...

I know nothing about Teamspeak 3, but I did find this:
https://support.teamspeakusa.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/44/0/which-ports-does-the-tea...
which mentions ports 9987, 10011, 30033, and 41144.
Why port 5060, and for what, exactly?

I don't know what this means to you. In my experience, people who
talk about opening ports often don't understand the problem.
You say "forwarded", and then show a bunch of firewall rules, not
port forwarding rules. If you don't explicitly block this stuff, do you
need to worry about router firewall settings? I'm confused.
