ReadyCloud Failed to upload
Hello experts,
On my D7000 (latest FW V1.0.1.44_1.0.1) I enabled ReadyClud (and registered).
When I try to upload a file the process starts, but doesn't arrive to the end, and I get a "Failed to upload" message.
I tried from IE browser, and Chrome, in local and outside my network, from Windows 10 and Windows XP, but... same problem.
I even tried changing USB pendrive, reformatting it, changing NTFS and FAT32, but... nothing to do.
Suggestions?
Thankyou so much

Re: ReadyCloud Failed to upload
Thanks Darren,
Waiting for a solution; it's one of the most important features that made me to decide and buy that router.
As you can see from the screenshot there's the option to enable ReadyCloud from the settings of the router

Re: ReadyCloud Failed to upload
Same here: making a new dir works, copying a file is impossible.
It's a SHAME that NetGear does not support us!

Re: ReadyCloud Failed to upload
Hello Freewing
Yes the engineers replicated the issue and are working on a fix but I am unable to give a ETA on when that will be.

Re: ReadyCloud Failed to upload
Hello everybody,
Just received this eMail from support.
Hoping they're solving ASAP.
[...]
Thank you for your attention. Following feedback had, our engineers Le communicate that they are still working on the beta firmware for the problems encountered. At this time they are making the 2/28 correction. There are some binary files that must be updated and this may take more time. We will send you an email confirmation as soon as our engineers have completed the firmware. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Cordiali Saluti

Re: ReadyCloud Failed to upload
Tried this! But, if I set Italian language, the procedure to ask for support doesn't arrive to the end.
They propose mi to BUY a support card, since my 90 days on-line tech support is over.
My router was bought in Novembre 2016, so by law I have 2 years of warranty... that looks to be different from having support.
The only option available seems to be an RMA for substituting a product with harware problems, but the BUG is not solvable with a substitution.
Netgear sold a product with diffetent specs from what Netgear proposed.
Nice guys!
Would you ever buy Netgear anymore?
I feel totally abandoned.
