Router says WiFi Connection is "not enabled

I am connected to the router but says when I checked it, the WiFi Connection says "NOT ENABLED" and I know everything is correct. I checked to see if I can use the internet and it works fine but I dn't understand why it says that the WiFi Connnection says "NOT ENABLED." Please help me solve this issue so I won't see this problem again.

Are you connected to Internet via wireless or wired?

You may see this if you use the Netgear Genie to map the local network and go for the wifi option from a PC that is connected by LAN.

It means that you are not connected by wifi, not that the wifi isn't working. In other words, the wifi is not enabled on the PC.

Maybe this is what you are seeing.

If one is addicted to Genie and does not want to learn to control his/her router manually, (s)he is hooked to only Netgear routers.

When other brand routers like ASUS or Linksys, D-link router is encountered there is no Genie. What are you going to do?

The CG300Dv2 is not something that appears in the Netgear range.

Is it, as Google suggests, supplied by an ISP?

If so, have you asked them?
