Trying to access Router Setting of DGND3700v2 while it's connected to my Uverse Modem 5268ac
I have my Netgear connected to the modem via an ethernet connection, DCHP turned off (as I recall), Uverse Modem Wifi Disabled.
All is working well, but realized that my router's Guest WiFi access did not have Internet connection.
I believe this is because I entered the Modem Access and Password to the Main Wifi, but believe I forgot the Guest.
I'm trying to log into my Router Setting for my NetGear, to change these setting, but having no luck.
It cannot FIND the Router.
Even going into Network Map, it shows the Router with the IP Address, but when I click on it, enter the address in Browser, or try to use it with Genie, nothing gets me to the Router Settings.

Your description is unclear. Which Netgear port did you use to connect to the modem? Is DHCP turned off on the Netgear or the 5268ac?
Is the Netgear is in AP Mode or router mode?

Not sure what AP mode is.
Basically kept the Netgear configured as it was, when it was serving as my Network, other than turning off the DHCP and connecting it to the Uverse modem. Only other thing I did was to turn off the Uverse WiFi.

Re: Trying to access Router Setting of DGND3700v2 while it's connected to my Uverse Modem 5268ac
You may want to make sure that the IP address used by the DGND3700v2 doesn't conflict with another device. The DGND3700v2 uses a static IP address, so it should be set to an address that cannot be assigned by the Uverse modem/router. But read below for a recommendation to improve your setup.
Using the guest network on the DGND3700v2 is not going to work with your current setup. The Internet/WAN port on the DGND3700v2 needs to be used.
The following recommendation should fix both your login and guest network issues.
Re-enable the DHCP server on the DGND3700v2. If you are unable to log in, then perform a factory reset. If the Uverse modem is already using the 192.168.1.X subnet, then reconfigure the DGND3700v2 to use a different subnet (e.g. 192.168.2.x/255.255.255.0). Connect the WAN port to the Uverse modem. Log into the Uverse modem and go to the Firewall settings. There is a setting called DMZ+ or DMZPlus. Set it to the MAC address of your DGND3700v2. Save the settings and reboot the Uverse modem. Wait for it to come up, then reboot the DGND3700v2. Once everything is back up, test the Internet and Guest access.
The DMZ+ feature on the Uverse modem is like a pseudo-bridge mode for one device (aka your router). The Uverse's public IP address is shared with your router, so double NAT is avoided.
Note: You have two options for setting up a guest network. You can use the guest network on the Uverse modem or you can use the DGND3700v2. It's your choice.
