Unbrick a Nighthawk X4S D7800 not Possible using TFTP

My D7800 router is soft bricked

tried the guide in this post: https://kb.netgear.com/22688/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-TFTP , But couldn't get the router working. with the TFTP application always showing: "unable to get responses from the server". tried resetting, restarting, power cycle, but everything failed...
any sugesstions??
