"AP Mode"? "D7000v2"? Firmware version?

It should work; I don't see "Turn off wireless signal by
schedule" on the list of disabled features:
Does the D7000v2 have the correct time?
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual. Read. Look for "Set Up a WiFi
Schedule", and the Note there about the clock. Check the timezone, too?
How, exactly, is the D7000v2-as-WAP connected to your main router?
When it tries to communicate with a time server, it might use only its
"LAN 4 / Ethernet WAN" port. It's a D7000v2, so a firmware bug would
not be amazing.
