d7000 power and all led off

Adapter is working. But all led of Router is off including Power. likely no power.

After warrenty expriry, What can i do for next ? call service centre ? 

Do I still need to find receipt for purchase proof ?  hard to find the solution for $400 router product.

   I'm unaware of any Netgear service offering.

   Ebay?  Given the firmware bugs on the D7000[vX], I'd be looking for
some other solution.  I'd be very reluctant to pay anything close to
$400 for one.
