Hello manassriv
Have you tried to use a different browser or clear your internet cache it sounds like the pass phrase is not saving.

Re: unable to change passphrase of wnr612 after firmware upgrade...
@DarrenM, Wondering if you've made Netgear aware that their firmware hasn't played well with IE for at least a year if not longer? Or perhaps you have and they just don't care. There isn't anything that I've found in any document suggesting that a Netgear user should not use IE to make setting changes to their devices. It would seem that with all the issue on these boards of settings not sticking and then the user is informed to use Chrome rather than IE to make settings changes and it works that Netgear "might" consider that they have a problem in their firmware that spans multiple devices. You would think that with the number of Windows computers and users that use IE as their browser that maybe Netgear would test their firmware with the little known combination of Windows and IE?

Re: unable to change passphrase of wnr612 after firmware upgrade...
Same problem here. Tried IE and EDGE and chrome!
Not shure if the problem is the browser, or the software. Also i tried disconnecting wireless signal andd stuff and i lost authentication (set to none) couldn't turn it on again without reseting to factory defaults.
hope u can solve it soon.
