I tried to update firmware yesterday now I have no internet.
Red light showing, but speaking to Telstra they now tell me they don’t support this router which btw has been working.
Need some help please 🙁

What happened when you did it: "tried" suggests that it failed.

That's the Internet LED. Power and DSL are as expected. So nothing wrong with the D6220.

It is not a router, but a modem router. All you need from Telstra are the login details for your Internet service.
If you visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
you can feed in your model number and find the documentation for your hardware.
