AC750 modem D6000 No wifi

Have tried suggestion on net gear in regards to typing in codes on the back of modem. Internet company says it is modem, no a problem with connection to the house. Ang suggestions?

I get there there is no wifi.  Are you getting internet service from one of the ethernet ports?
