Im my home I have a fast Vodafone Fiber connection (300MB/s declared, 250MB/s actual). I want to use my router innsted of the Vodafone Station and so I have properly connected my DGND4000 router and I'm using the Vodafone station as a Fiber Modem only.
Now the problem: if I connect my PC to Netgear using a 1Gb cable the max download speed that I can reach is 85 mb/s, while if I connect directly the PC to the Vodafon Station the max download speed that I can reach is 250 mb/s.
Now I'd like to know if there are Netgear routers that, when connect to a fiber modem, will allow to use the max fiber speed available (please consider that Vodafone in my town is moving to 500 mb/s fiber).
