Re: Blank entries in Modem

That's it.

There is something strange going on there.

The browser shows an IP address of 10.1.1.1.

Is there anything else on the network? An address like that usually suggests that there is another modem there that is telling the DGN2200 to use that address.

How are you getting into the DGN2200?

http://www.routerlogin.net or http://www.routerlogin.com.

Try http://192.168.0.1

You may have to reset the thing to its factory settings and set it up from scratch.

The manual explains how to do that:

>>>> DGN2200v1 | Product | Support | NETGEAR <<<<

That's why it is important to know the model number.

Re: Blank entries in Modem

The Moden is a DGN300,the pic is the router status page, which used to tell me the upload and download speeds as well as other information, but it is now blank showing no information at all. The Modem is still working. I was just wondering if this could be fixed or is it a sign that the Modem is on the way out.

That does not exist in the Netgear support system.

Look for a label like this:

model number

And check the model number.
