Can't access Multiplexing Method settings on Netgear DM200

The options for VPI and VCI are greyed out and I can't figure out how to change them. 

Help!

I suspect that something else needs to change on that page for those settings to become available.

Have you tried running the setup wizard to see if it detects the ISP settings? See page 25.

Some of these things are set by where you are. The US, for example, has different rules about what you can do with wifi. So modems set for the USA do not allow users to do naughty things with their wifi settings.

Tell people which ISP you use and you might get more help.

Why do you need to access those settings?

I live in New Zealand. My provider is Slingshot.

I ran the setup wizard originally which gave 8 and 35 by default as in the attached screenshot.

My provider recommends 0 and 100 for the VPI/VCI settings.

Turns out those settings are locked out in New Zealand fir sime strange reason and can only access when I change to a different country

So, they are picking on Kiwis.

I can't make changes to some it I have that is locked on to the USA.
