Can't access the Router Login page (again)

Have attempted all reported ways to log into the Router Login so I can update my firmware due as suggested. 

I have been able to access the login in page briefly but soon logs out and disconnects, no I'm unable to access the pages at all. 

Have attempted all the different suggested website addresses and also the IP addresses but still not loading. 

Please advise how this can be fixed.

It might help if you told people the model number of the device you are trying to fix. As per the forum header:

Subject (Include model number and brief summary)
Model (Recommended - Helps the community give the best answers)
Body (Include additional detail including model version, firmware, OS and environment where relevant.)
